DOH Issues 2019 NHQP / 1% Restoration

DOH has issued the 2019 NHQP and 1% supplemental restoration payments, to be processed in upcoming Medicaid cycle #2262 (check release date 1/13/21).
The 2019 NHQP and 1% supplemental ($140M) will be paid within this same Medicaid cycle. The attached DAL provides further details as well as the payment methodology and DOH website link with a summary of the facility specific calculations.
